To install the Google Chat Integration, you will need a PI Perform account. If you don't have one, you can create one from your Predictive Index account here.
From your Gmail inbox, open Google Chat. Then add our Google Chat bot by following the steps below:
Connecting Google Chat starts from your inbox, rather than in PI Perform.
From your Google Chat window start a “New chat” and choose “Find apps” from the menu.
Choose "Find apps" and search for "The Predictive Index" to find our integration.
Then click the "Install" button to authenticate and confirm:
Lastly, visit your PI Perform notification settings (linked here) to choose what events you'd like to have notified via Google Chat versus Email.
