Whether with hybrid or distributed teams, The Predictive Index - PI Perform app for Zoom makes meeting efficient and accountable.
There are two ways to get started using The Predictive Index - PI Perform with Zoom:
From your Zoom desktop app, click on the Apps button along the top row (image below)
Or even during an active Zoom meeting, click on the Apps button along the bottom (image below)
Either path will open a view to your current apps as well as a "Discover" tab where you can open Zoom's App Marketplace in a browser window. Simply search for "WorkPatterns" (our previous name) or follow the links here to install our app.
Click the “Install” button in the upper-right corner of the listing.
Authorize The Predictive Index to access your Zoom Account by clicking the blue “Authorize” button at the bottom
If you don't have one already, the next step is to create a PI Perform account.
We recommend signing in with your company's Google or Office365 email for both ease and SSO security. You can also type your work email address and a password then click the blue ‘Confirm’ button.
Note: If you sign up by manually entering your email address you will need to click a confirmation link we send to that address.
All of this can be skipped if you have a pre-existing PI Perform account with the same email as your Zoom account or are logged into a pre-existing PI Perform account when you authorize the Zoom app, then we can automatically link the two accounts!
With the The Predictive Index app installed, you can open it from the My Apps view in the same ways you discovered us:
Opening our app will display a list of your 1:1 and Group workspaces (here is an article explaining how workspaces function in PI Perform).
We're excited to continue making your meetings more collaborative, efficient, and accountable using The Predictive Index - PI Perform app for Zoom.

Installation troubleshooting guide:
If you encounter an error saying “Please use your Work email” when creating your PI Perform account, it is because you tried to sign up with a consumer email address (e.g. @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, etc).
We only allow creating an account with a work email address. You are able to invite people with personal accounts once the account has been created with a company account.
Uninstall:
Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the "WorkPatterns" (our old name) app.
Click the WorkPatterns app.
Click Uninstall.
Our application does not store any personal data associated with your Zoom account.
