Your account comes with an automatic 14-day free trial on the Growth Plan. You can extend your trial by inviting teammates.

When your trial expires, you can continue using WorkPatterns on our free Basic Plan, or upgrade to our Startup or Growth Plans. To choose a plan, please visit the Pricing & Plans page in the app (linked here).

What features are included on the Basic Plan?

The Basic Plan is our free plan and provides many mission-critical features that enable you and your team to operate effectively.

Accounts on the Basic Plan get the following features:

  • Up to 5 users

  • Unlimited 1:1 workspaces

  • Limit to one group workspace (called "All Hands" but you can edit that) for your team meetings and shared action items

  • All workspaces come with Templates, Action Items, Comments, & Notifications

  • Kudos team members privately or publicly on Slack or MS Teams

  • Customizable Kudos Reminders

  • Workflow Integrations

  • Our proprietary SurfaceAI assistant

What features are included on the Startup Plan?

The Startup Plan is for small companies who want a full-featured meeting and people management platform to operate effectively.

In addition all the features on the Basic Plan, accounts on our Startup Plan get the following features:

  • Up to 50 Users

  • Additional Group Workspaces

  • Unlimited Completed Items History

  • Premium Integrations, including Jira, Asana, OneDrive, and more

  • Unlimited Kudos & Feedback History, making formal review periods easier

  • Private Notes per workspace

  • Natural language FeedbackAI assistant

  • Manager Dashboard

What features are included on the Growth Plan?

Our Growth Plan is intended company-wide or departmental rollouts. In addition to fixed-pricing tiers, Growth plans also include:

  • Unlimited Users as your company grows

  • Unlimited Group Workspaces

  • Employee reviews, both management and 360-peer
